How To Place a Order
Placing an order with D' Haute Collection is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online and payment is processed thorugh our Google checkout payment system. (We also accept orders by phone (312-841-7876) or e-mail (info@dhaute.com) and payment is processed with our Square payment system.)

Returns & Refunds Policy
At D' Haute Collection, your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, please contact us via email info@dhaute.com within 45 days from the date of shipping, to arrange for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
You must return items in new or unused condition with all original packaging and materials included. New or unused condition means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, nor any other damage(s) on the item, and that it has not been sized or altered in any way.
Our quality assurance specialists will inspect your item upon receipt. If the item has been sized or altered in any way, or is not in new condition, it will not be accepted for exchange or refunds, and we will return it to you at your expense.
We must receive your returned items within 45 days of the original shipping date. If we receive your item after 45 days of the date of shipping, or if you did not use our prepaid label, we may refuse the return and ship it back to you at your expense.
All Free Gifts received with purchase must be returned with products which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted on products which are not returned with the Free Gift.
If you are returning merchandise as a result of (a) error on the part of D' Haute Collection, or; (b) defective product, we will exchange it free of charge, or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
Examples of non returnable products include:
-Items which have been abused or modified
-Special orders made to customer specifications
-Products modified as per customer requests
Product Care
With normal use gold vermeil will last for many years. You should avoid wearing in the bath, shower or when swimming. Do not have gold vermeil jewelry machine polished (typically performed by a jeweler), as this process can wear away the gold layer. Use a soft, clean, lint-free cloth to remove dirt, oils and other material from the jewelry. Gold cloth cleaner can provide added luster if necessary. In any regard, gold vermeil items can always be re-plated at the local jewelry store or through an online service. To guarantee the beauty and quality of D' Haute Collection pieces handle all jewelry pieces with care. Keep them away from lotions, hairsprays, perfumes and so on. General wear may dull the jewelry. Periodically clean by washing in cool water and mild liquid soap or baking soda, be sure to rinse thoroughly then gently pat dry with a soft cloth or a paper towel. Never use a Silver Cleaner! For our Fashion Statement jewelry, keep aware from moisture and flame. Store pieces seperate to enjoy long lasting use.
